The SurgiVet Advisor Vital Signs Multi-Parameter monitor is a leading monitor used extensively throughout Australia and New Zealand.

To back up our equipment we provide training and after sales support for all of our products from operator training to technical support.  We also provide further education through direct sponsorship of seminars, workshops, wet-labs and many other educational programs.

After 20 years of working in the veterinary profession, Gemma has a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of our entire product range.  As well as managing the office Administration and Accounts Gemma also looks after all of our marketing and social media.  With a pleasant and friendly personality, she is more than able to assist with any enquiry or problem you may have.

Ron Mellenbergh
Technical Guru

Working for most of his career with medical equipment, Ron uses his engineering knowledge to assist clinics with technical problems and unusual requests.  Ron looks after the service and training for all products we offer and has a wide spectrum of knowledge across many fields, see if you can stump him with some unusual and difficult problems.

Coming from an agriculture / pharmaceutical background, Ross has extensive experience in the veterinary profession and is well known by many clinics.  Ross is great at helping clinics find solutions to their equipment needs, from complete startup solutions to replacement or upgrade projects.  Ross enjoys the challenge to finding the best solution for your specific needs.

Working for many years as a qualified vet nurse, Barb has first hand knowledge and experience with life in a vet clinic.  Building on this, Barb can offer direction or advice with your general enquires and orders.  Bard will often be the first point of contact when calling us and her friendly & helpful manner will ensure that you get the answers your looking for.

Kerryn Westcott

With over 15 years experience in purchasing and accounts administration from within the veterinary industry Kerryn will be your go-to person to help sort out any account issues, from invoices, statements or credits.  She is able to provide helpful support and answer any questions you have regarding your account.
