As the user on this website you can create an account and once approved use your profile to review our products. Once you create your account you will be able to order on your clinic / business account previously setup with Sound Veterianry Equipment Pty Ltd and see updates regarding an orders status and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

You can find an item on the website using search tool, sort the items by date, name, price, model, manufacturer, brand and category. You can also set up how many items you want to show.

The ordering process is simple and straight forward. To order an item you can add it to “My wish list”, add an item to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the required details and confirm your order.

After placing an order you will be notified about it via email. Each time the status of your order is changed you will be notified about it via email as well.

Finally we take your security on this website very seriously. All your personal information will be securely stored and under no circumstances will be shared with anyone.
