Description:

The IRAP procedure requires drawing about 50 ml of your horse's blood. The blood is collected and incubated for 24 hours in a special syringe which stimulates production of the antagonist protein. After incubation, the blood is placed in a centrifuge and the plasma (containing IRAP) is separated from the blood cells.

Delivery

All orders are despatched from our Melbourne warehouse, please advise when placing orders if products are urgent or require special delivery instructions.

Non Warranty Returns

We will accept returns for products; no longer required, incorrectly ordered or change of mind. We must be notifyed within 7 days of recepit and returns are at customers expense unless products were incorrectly sent by us. We can assist in arrnaging returns on your behalf if required. All returnes must be received in "as new" and "salable condition" for full product credit. Incomplete, used, damaged or products not returned in original packaing may be accepted with a partial credit applied after inspection.
