SurgiVet LDS3000 Large Animal Anaesthesia Machine. Designed specifically for Equine use. Add a SurgiVet DHV1000 Ventilator, Mobile Cart and overhead shelf for the complete Equine Anaesthesia Solution. Tapered valves allow for quick connections of the hoses and bag. The absorber canister is designed to allow the expired gas to flow evenly and unobstructed through the canister. Because of the port size throughout the circuit, resistance is far less than other machines in the veterinary market. The directional valves are stacked. The Stack-Valve design reduces resistance by eliminating directional flow and reducing distance air must travel. Each valve has its own leaflet with a cage which allows the disk to lift without any interference. The flush valve activates oxygen flow and permits fresh gas to enter through a separate port at the inspiratory opening, eliminating back pressure on the vaporiser. The close proximity of the fresh gas and the oxygen flush to the inspiratory opening allows fresh gas to reach the patient more rapidly. Mount on a trolley, bench or the SurgiVet purpose built cart. Easy to clean, chip proof powder coat finish. The Anaesthesia and Ventilator Cart is constructed of heavy gauge black powder coated steel. Five inch caster wheels make the cart balanced and mobile. The cart is designed to fit the LDS 3000 Machine & DHV 1000 Ventilator. Mixed small and large animal practices can add a small animal absorber to the LDS3000 to utilise one machine.
