Description:

SurgiVet Thoracic Drainage Catheter. This polyvinyl catheter can be used for the drainage of fluid from the thoracic or abdominal cavity. This catheter is more rigid than the CT and can be introduced with a puncture technique rather than a blunt dissection like the CT. The trocar for this catheter is inserted into the side of the catheter rather than travel down the entire catheter. This makes it much easier to hold in one?s hand. The user can have the end of the trocar in the palm of their hand to easily and more safely place the catheter with a puncture technique. Short, thick trocar for controlled introduction of the catheter. Extra large side holes over a short distance on the distal end of the catheter. Slightly blunted tip that aids in entering pleural lining. Luer lock fitting on end can be connected to a suction apparatus. Radiopaque. Sterile. Sizes: TPTL1230 12Fr or TPTL1630 16Fr.

Non Warranty Returns

We will accept returns for products; no longer required, incorrectly ordered or change of mind. We must be notifyed within 7 days of recepit and returns are at customers expense unless products were incorrectly sent by us. We can assist in arrnaging returns on your behalf if required. All returnes must be received in "as new" and "salable condition" for full product credit, however some products may incurr a re-stocking fee. Incomplete, used, damaged or products not returned in original packaing may be accepted with a partial credit applied after inspection.
