TONOVET & TONOVET Plus replacement Probe Base.

During use some dirt or dust may collect in the probe base, affecting the probe movement. Replace the probe base every 12 months. Clean the probe base every 6 months. Clean or replace the probe base if the error message Clean Change is displayed (TONOVET Plus) or E 01 or E03 (Original TONOVET). Replacement Probe Base is supplied with the Cleaning Container.

All orders are despatched from our Melbourne warehouse, please advise when placing orders if products are urgent or require special delivery instructions.

Non Warranty Returns

We will accept returns for products; no longer required, incorrectly ordered or change of mind. We must be notifyed within 7 days of recepit and returns are at customers expense unless products were incorrectly sent by us. We can assist in arrnaging returns on your behalf if required. All returnes must be received in "as new" and "salable condition" for full product credit. Incomplete, used, damaged or products not returned in original packaing may be accepted with a partial credit applied after inspection.
